A third graded guest house, with very poor ambience, location is in some shadey corners of the Ghat roads ... cleanliness, services, etc are blisspoor ...

Although it's a bit tricky to find the first time, this guest house is in a fantastic location close to the river with roof top views. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and nothing was any trouble for them. They do yummy food on site and can even make a decent Italian style coffee. I'd stay there again, very convenient.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We made a reservation via booking com, when we arrived host on the reception was drunk or on some drugs, totally not able to communicate. Then he said there is no room for us - I didn’t expect extra quality from guest house in the oldest part of the city but generally it looks totally creepy!!! Don’t know where good reviews come from…

We booked the cheapest room with an external bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and the condition of the bathroom wore on me a bit, slightly dirty. One night would of been perfect. The location is great and the reason to stay here, right on the main ghat. It is very noisy so take earplugs with you. Other than that is was fine for the money.

Worst experience ever... AC, TV not working. Water leakage in washroom. Dusty room.I paid Rs 3400.for rent. But worst experience ever. I booked the hotel by rating of 8.4 but it's not true. Don't book the hotel.
